1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the H5games.net Android game collection operated by EasyPlayFun Games. The current release is intended for users aged 16 and older in the United States. It does not offer user accounts, social login, purchases, payments, chat, user uploads or our own cloud-save service. Games can run offline after their required resources have been installed or downloaded. Ads and resource downloads need an internet connection.

2. Data stored on your device

The App stores game progress, settings, language preferences, downloaded resources and reward records on your device. Reward records contain a random request identifier, game or run identifier, status and timestamps. They let the App recover completed ad rewards after an interruption and avoid granting the same reward twice. We do not upload your game saves or these local reward records to our own servers. Some games use your device time for local game mechanics. We do not request access to your contacts, microphone, camera or precise device location.

3. Advertising and Google services

The App integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage applicable privacy choices. These services can collect and share your IP address, approximate location inferred from it, app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic and performance information, and device or advertising identifiers. Google uses this data for advertising, measurement, analytics, security and fraud prevention. Which ads are available and personalized depends on your choices, region, device settings and Google's configuration. Non-personalized ads may still process data for delivery and fraud prevention.

Google Play provides app and optional game-resource downloads and can process information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not operate a separate game-resource download account system. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to respond and resolve your request.

4. Your advertising choices

Where required, the App requests applicable consent or displays a privacy message before requesting ads. When Google requires a privacy-options entry, “Privacy choices” is available in the game library so you can review or change your selection. You can also manage advertising-ID and ad-privacy settings through Android. We respect applicable choices returned by Google's consent service. Please contact us if you cannot access a choice you are entitled to under your region's rules.

Rewarded ads are optional. Before viewing, the game describes the in-game reward. Cancelling an ad does not spend your resources. A completed ad reward is stored locally; if saving fails, the App retains the outstanding reward for retry. Clearing App data or uninstalling removes local progress and recovery records.

5. Sharing, retention and security

Advertising data is transmitted to Google and its applicable advertising partners through Google's SDK. Google may process it outside your country under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your local game-save files or operate a separate data-broker service. Whether an advertising disclosure is considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under a particular law depends on that law and the actual processing; applicable choices are managed through Google's privacy tools.

Local saves, downloaded content and reward receipts stay on your device until replaced by game activity or removed when you clear App data or uninstall. Retention of information processed by Google is governed by Google's policies. Support emails are retained as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain necessary records and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to people handling support. We use the platform's App storage protections and the SDKs' secure network connections. No storage or transmission method can provide absolute security.

6. Access, deletion and other rights

You can remove the App's local saves, settings, downloads and reward records using Android Settings → Apps → H5games.net → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling. This permanently removes local progress; we cannot restore it from a cloud account. This does not necessarily delete data already processed by Google. For Google's data and privacy controls, use the links below. You may email us to request access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable law. We will explain what we can do and may need reasonable information to verify the request. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents in an initial email.

7. Young users

The App is not intended for children under 16. Please do not use it if you are under 16. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Advertising privacy rights for teenagers may differ by location; applicable privacy choices and restrictions remain relevant to users aged 16–17.

8. External pages and updates

If you choose to open a website or contact support, that activity takes place through the relevant browser or email service. External sites have their own policies. We may update this policy as the App's features and data practices change. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy and any notices or consent requests required by applicable rules.
